How to seem like a Master Gardener when y'ain't. April 26, 2021 Reviewer: AAK! from FL, United States   These cosmos are almost literally throw-n-grow. You do need to clear a spot of competing weeds to give them a chance, but you don't have to try too hard. I simply place a thick layer of newspapers over the squashed down competition, water well, then throw the cosmos seeds and cover with a scattering of soil. Keep watered until at least 6" tall and voila! a crazy bloom of colors! The neighbors keep commenting on the amazing show. Was this review helpful to you?
